膝关节置换术后假体周围感染是膝关节置换术后最严重的并发症之一,不仅严重影响患者生活质量、增加患者负担,也给医师造成一定的影响。随着对该疾病的研究,临床上的治疗方案也越来越多,目前常见的治疗方案有保守治疗(如单纯抗生素治疗、中医药治疗)、手术治疗等,本文对当前膝关节置换术后假体周围感染的中西医治疗进行综述,为临床研究和临床治疗提供一定的参考。According Periprosthetic joint infection after knee replacement is one of the most serious complications after knee replacement surgery, not only seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and increasing the burden of patients, but also causing certain impact on doctors.
