Activities of laccase produced by a strains Penicillium simplicissimum induced by chemical agentia and UV radiation被引量:1

Penicillium simplicissimum was cultured and preserved on the potato dextrose agar(PDA)medium.PDA-RBBR(Remazal Brilliant Blue R)medium was used for the screening of the strains,which is able to produce enzymes.After the mutation process in Penicillium simplicissimum induced by chemical reagent and ultraviolet radiation,a high laccase-producing strains Penicillium simplicissimum was obtained.When 5 m L diethyl sulfate(2%)was mixed along with 5 m L spore suspension for 30 min,chemical mutagenesis reached its best condition.And the optimum conditions of UV mutagenesis were that spore suspension was irradiated for 4 min under 15 W UV lamp at a distance of 30 cm.The highest activity of C_5E_4 strains was 4.80 U/g over 18%higher than the maximum laccase activity of original microorganism.Five generations of the mutant strains were cultured,and the laccase activity of the strains was measured.The result showed that C_5E_4 strains can product laccase of the five subcultures stably.

污染场地健康风险评价中多介质模型的优选研究被引量:21

综合考虑了参数不确定性、模型不确定性对风险评价结果可信度的影响差异和国内实际污染场地健康风险评价中对已有模型的不当选择可能带来的负面效应,提出相对于参数不确定性的控制,针对目标情景的适当模型选择应成为提高风险评价结果可信度的更重要环节.本研究选取了模型理论架构上符合案例情景的美国环境保护署研发的3MRA、MMSOILS和美国劳伦斯伯克力国家实验室研发的CalTOX 3个被广泛使用的污染场地健康风险评价多介质模型,并与蒙特卡洛模拟相结合,载入污染厂址案例,并对特定受体进行了风险评价,由此定量分析了参数不确定性和模型选择不确定对评价结果可信度的影响程度,并通过对比3个模型的内在架构分析了不确定性的可能来源,最后总结提出了"6步综合评价模式",该模式能有效提高污染场地健康风险评价的可信度及经济可行性.

洪湖水体中微量元素的空间分布特征、风险评价及潜在来源识别(英文)

本文对洪湖10个代表性采样点表层水中的锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)和砷(As)5种微量元素进行研究。研究结果表明,洪湖水体中该5种微量元素的浓度均未超过中国的水质安全标准。各个采样点中5种微量元素的单独非致癌风险及综合非致癌风险水平均未超过相应评价方法的可接受风险限值。皮尔森相关分析和主成分分析结果表明洪湖水体中的Zn和Cu主要来源于天然冲击作用和农业面源污染,Cr和As主要来源于工业废水,而Cd同时来源于农业面源污染和工业污染。此外,各个采样点的聚类分析结果表明采样点S3、S5、S6和S10被判定为重度污染区域,而S4和S9为中度污染区域。

胶团强化超滤法同时去除废水中Cd^(2+)和亚甲基蓝被引量:2

采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),考察了胶团强化超滤(MEUF)法对含有Cd2+和亚甲基蓝(MB)染料复合废水的处理效果,同时考察了SDS浓度、pH值、温度对去除效果和渗透性能的影响。结果表明,在Cd2+和MB浓度分别为50和6 mg/L的条件下,当SDS浓度为1.0 cmc(临界胶团浓度)时去除效果最好,此时对Cd2+和MB的去除率分别达到98.4%和97.3%,对SDS的去除率为95.9%;pH值对Cd2+的去除效果影响较大,Cd2+去除率随pH值的上升增加明显,MB去除率则无明显变化;随着温度的上升,对Cd2+和MB的去除率都有所下降。

Characterization of Microcystis Aeruginosa immobilized in complex of PVA and sodium alginate and its application on phosphorous removal in wastewater被引量:6

Based on ecological niche theory, Microcystis Aeruginosa(MA) immobilized in the complex of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium alginate(SA) crosslinked by CaCl2, was treated as a new kind of special species, and its properties were investigated.Chlorophyll a was used to characterize the bioactivity of the immobilized MA. Results reveal that the gel beads have mechanical strength and chemical stability even under non-sterile harsh conditions, which may be attributed to the rarely seen structure(including three different layers: dense surface, tubular-shaped divergent structure and honeycomb crystal lattice layer) of the immobilized MA determined by scanning electron microscope(SEM). SEM also displays that more quantity of MA is attached to the inwall after cultivation, which demonstrates that the MA within beads maintains high bioactivity. Removal capacities on phosphorous(P) removal in wastewater in the presence and absence of the BG-11 medium were examined, and the removal ratios are 80.3% and76.7%, respectively, which indicates that the beads without providing ample nutrients still have high capacity of P removal. In addition, control experiment, utilizing polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate(PVA-SA) beads without immobilized MA,demonstrates that MA within beads plays the key role in absorbing P.

Multimedia health risk assessment:A case study of scenario-uncertainty被引量:2

Assisted by framework of multimedia total exposure model for hazard waste sites(CalTOX),potential influences of scenario-uncertainty on multimedia health risk assessment(MHRA) and decision-making were quantitatively analyzed in a primary extent under the Chinese scenario case by deliberately varying the two key scenario-elements,namely conceptual exposure pathways combination and aim receptor cohorts choice.Results show that the independent change of one exposure pathway or receptor cohort could lead variation of MHRA results in the range of 3.6×10-6-1.4×10-5 or 6.7×10-6-2.3×10-5.And randomly simultaneous change of those two elements could lead variation of MHRA results at the range of 7.7×10-8-2.3×10-5.On the basis of the corresponding sensitivity analysis,pathways which made a valid contribution to the final modeling risk value occupied only 16.7% of all considered pathways.Afterwards,comparative analysis between influence of parameter-uncertainty and influence of scenario-uncertainty was made.In consideration of interrelationship among all types of uncertainties and financial reasonability during MHRA procedures,the integrated method how to optimize the entire procedures of MHRA was presented innovatively based on sensitivity analysis,scenario-discussion and nest Monte Carlo simulation or fuzzy mathematics.
