CaO-TiO_2-SiO_2-NaAlO_2体系的反应行为研究

研究了Ca O-Ti O2-Si O2-Na Al O2体系下以锐钛矿为主的反应行为:热力学确定了平衡固相及其相对稳定程度;动力学计算反应级数、活化能,判断反应控制机制;钙化实验确定具体反应、分析了反应行为.结果表明Ca O-Ti O2-Si O2-Na Al O2体系的溶出反应行为如下:在质量比m(Ti O2)/m(Ca O)=1.42,m(Ti O2)/m(Si O2)=0.49,时间1 h,搅拌转速300 r/min,Na2O的质量浓度mk=220 g/L,分子比αk=3.1的条件下,Ti O2进入碱液生成Na2Ti O3,然后与Na Al(OH)4,Na2Si O3反应生成Al4Ti2Si O12,随温度升高Al4Ti2Si O12分解,生成钠硅渣和水化石榴石,温度继续升高,Ca Ti O3峰的强度逐渐超过其他物相成为钙化渣的主体,锐钛矿最终转型为稳定的Ca Ti O3,转变起始温度260℃.

钛白废酸加压酸浸转炉钒渣提钒的研究(英文)被引量:18

研究了以钛白废酸直接加压浸出转炉钒渣提钒的工艺。矿物学研究表明:钒、钛、铁、锰、铬等金属元素形成的尖晶石是转炉钒渣的主要物相。绘制了V-Fe-H2O、V-Ti-H2O、V-Mn-H2O、V-Cr-H2O等三元系150℃高温电位-p H图,明确了酸浸提钒过程的热力学:在低酸度浸出提钒条件下,可溶性离子Fe2+、Fe3+、Mn2+、Cr2+、Cr3+等的热力学稳定与可溶性含钒离子的热力学稳定区重合,酸浸过程中与钒共同进入浸出液中。钛白废酸酸浸正交试验结果表明:温度和初始酸浓度是影响酸浸过程的主要因素。基于正交试验结果,进一步考察温度对浸出过程的影响,结果表明,随着酸浸温度由100℃升高到160℃的过程中,浸出渣中的钛有效富集含量在4.56%至12.0%之间变化,其他离子主要赋存于浸出液中。在较优条件下:温度140℃,液固比10:1,初始酸浓度200 g·L-1,搅拌转速500 r/min,酸浸时间90 min,钒的浸出率为96.85%。

Effects of intense magnetic field on digestion and settling performances of bauxite被引量:1

The effects of magnetic field intensity,roasting temperature and roasting time on digestion rate and settling performance of bauxite with different iron contents were investigated systematically.The results indicate that such magnetic treatment can profoundly change the microstructure and digestion performance of bauxite.For the two samples carrying different iron contents,phase transformation of the aluminum oxide phase proceeds faster in the high iron bauxite than the low one.The optimal pretreatment conditions of low iron bauxite are roasting temperature 550 °C and magnetic field intensity 6 T,while for high iron bauxite are 500 °C and 9 T.The digestion rate of alumina can reach 95% and 92% at digestion temperature of 190 °C and 250 °C.The settling performances of roasted ore by intense magnetic field after digestion are enhanced through pretreatment.

Direct spray pyrolysis of aluminum chloride solution for alumina preparation

The effects of pyrolysis mode and pyrolysis parameters on Cl content in alumina were investigated, and the alumina products were characterized by XRD, SEM and ASAP. The experimental results indicate that the spray pyrolysis efficiency is higher than that of static pyrolysis process, and the reaction and evaporation process lead to a multi-plot state of the alumina products by spray pyrolysis. Aluminum phase starts to transform into γ-Al2O3 at spray pyrolysis temperature of 600 °C, which is about 200 °C lower than that of static pyrolysis process. The primary particle size of γ-Al2O3 product is 27.62 nm, and Cl content in alumina products is 0.38% at 800 °C for 20 min.

Extraction of vanadium from vanadium slag by high pressure oxidative acid leaching被引量:10

To extract vanadium in an environment friendly manner, this study focuses on the process of leaching vanadium from vanadium slag by high pressure oxidative acid leaching. Characterizations of the raw slag, mineralogy transformation, and the form of leach residues were made by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The result shows that the vana-dium slag is composed of major phases of fayalite, titanomagnetite, and spinel. During the high pressure oxidative acid leaching process, the fayalite and spinel phases are gradually decomposed by sulfuric acid, causing the release of vanadium and iron in the solution. Meanwhile, unreacted silicon and titanium are enriched in the leach residues. With the initial concentration of sulfuric acid at 250 g·L^-1, a leaching tem-perature of 140℃, a leaching time of 50 min, a liquid-solid ratio of 10:1 mL·g^-1, and oxygen pressure at 0.2 MPa, the leaching rate of vana-dium reaches 97.69%.

钙化—碳化法利用中低品位铝土矿生产氧化铝的实验研究被引量:4

针对我国高品位铝土矿资源紧缺的现状,提出了钙化-碳化法利用中低品位铝土矿新工艺.考查了钙化温度、氧化钙添加量以及碳化温度、CO2压力和反应时间对氧化铝提取率、赤泥中碱含量的影响.实验得到的适宜的钙化条件为:温度180℃,50%的氧化钙添加量,碳化条件为:温度100℃,CO2压力1.0MPa,反应时间2~3h.在适宜条件下,氧化铝的提取率为75.4%,赤泥中W(Na2O)为0.67%;经过二次碳化以后,氧化铝提取率达到81.2%,赤泥中w(Na20)降至0.57%.

Effect of Stirring on Oil-Water Separation in Rare Earth Mixer-Settler被引量:1

Oil-water separation is critical to solvent extraction process of rare earth, which can directly affect the yield and quality of the product. The experiments measure the two-phase separation time in a beaker, mixing uniformity of two phases in the mixer and the oil phase entrainment at oil exit by the Karl Fischer method and numerical simulation for the mixersettler to study the combined effect of gravity and stirring. Experimental results show that relative to the static situation, the separation efficiency resulted from low-speed stirring is increased by 25%. The water content in the oil is a minimum at an offset distance L of 10 cm and the clearance off the tank bottom z of 10 cm is as low as 0.49%. Distribution images of oilwater separation at 2 s indicates that stirring is very conducive to the separation of the oil-water phase.

Pressure leaching of converter vanadium slag with waste titanium dioxide被引量:3

The process of pressure leaching the converter vanadium slag with waste titanium dioxide without roasting was studied. Mineralogy analysis indicates that the con- verter vanadium slag contains mainly three mineral phases: magnetite, titanium magnetite, and silicate phase. Vana- dium is in combination with iron, titanium, manganese, aluminum, and silicon. The impacts of leaching tempera- ture, leaching time, stirring speed, liquid-to-solid ratio, and initial leaching agent concentration were investigated on the waste titanium dioxide leaching process. The results indi- cate that under the optimal conditions, the vanadium and the iron leaching rates are 96.85 % and 93.50 %, respectively, and the content of titanium is 12.6 % in the residue. The main mineral phases for the residues under the optimal operation conditions are quartz, ilmenite, anatase, and sili- cate phase, and the residues can be reused as the extraction of titanium raw materials for titanium dioxide production technology by the sulfate method.

高效澄清萃取槽内搅拌对液液分离特性的影响被引量:8

针对传统稀土萃取混合澄清槽存在的问题,提出了在澄清室增加搅拌装置以提高澄清效率的方法。通过对四斜叶搅拌桨、Intermig桨及框式搅拌桨等不同桨型搅拌对澄清度影响的研究,证实四斜叶桨是合适的桨型,经搅拌之后,澄清室两相分离效果明显优于传统混合澄清槽,澄清度平均提高30%以上。在转速20,30,40和50 r·min-1条件下,搅拌桨离底距离分别为4.0,5.5,7.0,8.5和10.0 cm,搅拌桨距溢流口距离分别为10,13和16 cm时,对四斜叶桨搅拌澄清度的研究结果表明,低转速下澄清效果更好,搅拌桨距离溢流口越近澄清效果越好,而搅拌桨离底距离8.5cm,即处于两相混合带附近时澄清效果最佳。在此基础上,根据因次分析原理和试验数据建立了澄清度因次公式。
