Synthesis,Characterization and Biological Activities of Novel Acrylamide Compounds

With dimethomorph and flumorph as the leading compounds, four novel acrylamide compounds with two types of structure were designed and synthesized by means of the method of "me too chemistry". The target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis. The influences of solvent and raw material on the yield were investigated and optimum processing conditions were determined. The results of preliminary biological tests show that all those compounds exhibit certain antifungal activities.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1′-Methyl-4′- (4-chlorophenyl)-1H-indole-3-spiro-2′-pyrrolidine- 3′-spiro-4''-(2''-phenyloxazole)-2,5''(3H,4''H)-dione

The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.3903(19), b = 11.398(2), c = 12.603(3) , α = 83.495(3), β = 68.988(3), γ = 67.178(3)°, V = 1160.1(4) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 457.90, Dc = 1.311 g/cm3, μ = 0.198 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).

Synthesis, Characterization and Structural Determination of Ferrocene Derivatives Linked with Benzo[b]pyrans——2-Amino-7,7-dimethyl-4-ferrocenyl-5-oxo-5,6, 7,8-tetrohydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile

The title compound (C22H22N2O2Fe·CH3OH) was synthesized via a one-pot proce- dure from ferrocenylaldehyde, malononitrile and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione using room temperature ionic liquid and pyridine as the catalysts, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 9.7085(15), b = 22.951(4), c = 9.987(2) A, β = 112.494(3)°, V = 2055.9(6) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 402.28, Dc = 1.403 g/cm3, μ = 0.759 mm-1, F(000) = 868, the final R = 0.0536 and wR = 0.1449 for 4202 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The supramolecular single-helix chain of the title compound is formed by linking the building units with the hydrogen bond between N1 and N2. The adjacent chains are connected to a 2D layer by the hydrogen bond between N1 and O1. The adjacent layers are further linked by van der waals’ force. The CH3OH molecule is trapped in the interlayer.

以芳香醛、5-氨基-1H-吡唑和丙二腈为原料,三组分"一锅煮"合成4,5-二氢吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物.所有化合物均经IR,1HNMR和元素分析检测.该法是一种操作简单,产率较高的方法.

Synthesis, Structure and Biological Activities of 2-Methylthio-3-cyano-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine

The crystal structure of 2-methylthio-3-cyano-7-(4-methoxyphenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5- a]-pyrimidine (C15H12N4OS, Mr = 296.35) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.200(3), b = 15.570(5), c = 11.125(4) ?, β = 114.273(6)°, V = 1452.7(8) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.355 g/cm3, μ = 0.227 mm?1, F(000) = 616, R = 0.0499 and wR = 0.0949 for 2947 unique reflections with 1633 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). The results show that all ring atoms in the pyrazolopyrimidine moiety are almost coplanar with a strong tensile force, which might be an important active site. The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has moderate herbicidal activities.
