低轴间耦合的MEMS三维电场传感器被引量:2

轴间耦合干扰是影响3维电场传感器测量准确性的重要因素。该文提出了一种低耦合干扰的MEMS 1维电场敏感芯片,并将3个上述的芯片正交组合研制出一款低轴间耦合的MEMS 3维电场传感器。不同于已见报道的测量垂直方向电场分量的MEMS 1维电场敏感芯片,该文提出的芯片采用轴对称设计,在差分电路的配合下能够测量垂直于对称轴方向的面内电场分量,并能够消除正交于测量轴方向的电场分量的耦合干扰。该MEMS 3维电场传感器具尺寸小和集成度高等优点。实验结果表明在0~120 k V/m电场强度范围内,该MEMS 3维电场传感器的轴间耦合灵敏度小于3.48%,3维电场测量误差小于7.13%。

Dynamic and Thermodynamic Features of Low and Middle Clouds Derived from Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program Mobile Facility Radiosonde Data at Shouxian, China被引量:7

By using the radiosonde measurements collected at Shouxian,China,we examined the dynamics and thermodynamics of single- and two-layer clouds formed at low and middle levels.The analyses indicated that the horizontal wind speed above the cloud layers was higher than those within and below cloud layers.The maximum balloon ascent speed(5.3 m s^(-1)) was located in the vicinity of the layer with the maximum cloud occurrence frequency(24.4%),indicating an upward motion(0.1-0.16 ms^(-1)).The average thickness,magnitude and gradient of the temperature inversion layer above single-layer clouds were117±94 m,1.3±1.3℃ and 1.4±1.5℃(100 m)^(-1),respectively.The average temperature inversion magnitude was the same(1.3℃) for single-low and single-middle clouds;however,a larger gradient[1.7±1.8℃(100 m)^(-1)]and smaller thickness(94±67 m) were detected above single-low clouds relative to those above single-middle clouds[0.9±0.7℃(100 m)^(-1) and157±120 m].For the two-layer cloud,the temperature inversion parameters were 106±59 m,1.0±0.9℃ and 1.0±1.0℃(100 m)^(-1) above the upper-layer cloud and 82 ± 60 m,0.6±0.9℃ and 0.7±0.6℃(100 m)^(-1) above the low-layer cloud.Absolute differences between the cloud-base height(cloud-top height) and the lifting condensation level(equilibrium level)were less than 0.5 km for 66.4%(36.8%) of the cases analyzed in summer.

This paper presents a high performance electric field micro sensor with combined differential structure.The sensor consists of two backward laid micro-machined chips,each packaged by polymer and metal.The novel combined differential structure effectively reduces various environmental affections,such as thermal drift,humidity drift and electrostatic charge accumulation.The sensor is tested in near-ground place as well as balloon-borne sounding.In different weather conditions,the measurement results showed good agreement with those of the commercial electric field mill.

A Comparison of Cloud Layers from Ground and Satellite Active Remote Sensing at the Southern Great Plains ARM Site被引量:1

Using the data collected over the Southern Great Plains ARM site from 2006 to 2010, the surface Active Remote Sensing of Cloud(ARSCL) and Cloud Sat-CALIPSO satellite(CC) retrievals of total cloud and six specified cloud types [low, mid–low(ML), high–mid–low(HML), mid, high–mid(HM) and high] were compared in terms of cloud fraction(CF), cloud-base height(CBH), cloud-top height(CTH) and cloud thickness(CT), on different temporal scales, to identify their respective advantages and limitations. Good agreement between the two methods was exhibited in the total CF. However, large discrepancies were found between the cloud distributions of the two methods at a high(240-m) vertical grid spacing. Compared to the satellites, ARSCL retrievals detected more boundary layer clouds, while they underestimated high clouds. In terms of the six specific cloud types, more low- and mid-level clouds but less HML- and high-level clouds were detected by ARSCL than by CC. In contrast, the ARSCL retrievals of ML- and HM-level clouds agreed more closely with the estimations from the CC product. Lower CBHs tended to be reported by the surface data for low-, ML- and HML-level clouds; however, higher CTHs were often recorded by the satellite product for HML-, HM- and high-level clouds. The mean CTs for low- and ML-level cloud were similar between the two products; however, the mean CTs for HML-, mid-, HM- and high-level clouds from ARSCL were smaller than those from CC.

提出了一种基于微机电系统(MEMS)的扭转谐振式电场传感器。该微型电场传感器的感应电极与屏蔽电极采用共面叉指结构,首次采用扭转谐振的工作方式,显著提高了微型电场传感器的灵敏度。介绍了传感器的工作原理、结构设计、有限元仿真及实验。实验结果表明:在0~50 kV/m电场范围内,该传感器的线性度为0. 14%,3个往返行程的总不确定度优于0. 43%。在增益电阻为100 MΩ的情况下,传感器灵敏度达到4. 55 mV/(kV/m),相对已有传感器灵敏度提高了1个数量级。

基于三维感应线圈,研制了一种新型微机电系统(MEMS)电流传感器。传感器以玻璃为衬底,以聚酰亚胺为支撑和绝缘材料,通过溅射、光刻、电镀、抛光等微加工工艺在玻璃衬底上制作出三维感应线圈。传感器具有功耗低、线性度好、质量轻和结构简单等优点,通过U型装置固定在传输导线表面,安装方便。实验测试结果表明:电流传感器两端输出的电压信号与传输线路中的电流成线性关系,线性度为0. 58%。

直流离子流场发生装置优化设计

直流离子流场发生装置对电场传感器在离子流场环境下的测试标定具有重要作用,传统直流离子流场发生装置体积较大难于满足新型电场传感器研制和便携式现场应用,对此该文研究了一种缩小尺寸直流离子流场发生装置。基于理论计算和有限元仿真对装置尺寸、结构等关键参数进行了优化设计。采用在平行板边缘处等分电位的方法减少了边缘效应影响,有效增大了平行板间均匀电场区域,减小了均匀性误差。实验结果表明,在电晕丝电压7 kV时离子流场内不同位置离子流电流强度的相对平均偏差仅为1.66%,说明缩小尺寸的直流离子流场发生装置能够提供均匀的离子流场环境。

High-stability electrostatic field micro sensor for sounding thunderstorm applications被引量:3

In this paper,the design and experimental results for a novel high-stability sounding electrostatic field micro sensor are presented.By means of hermetic chip sealing,digital weak signal demodulation unit,and probe sensor structure design,harsh environmental adaptation problems such as low temperature,high humidity,low air pressure,waterfall are solved.The sensor has a high resolution of 14 V/m,a wide measurement range of±100 kV/m,and is proved to have superior stability and performance in sounding electric field experiments than traditional sensors under different kinds of weather.
