多溴联苯醚的生物效应研究被引量:11
2011年
多溴联苯醚(Polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)由于其良好的阻燃性能被广泛应用于电子电器,家具,装饰材料及其他产品中。自使用以来,PBDEs在环境、生物体、人体中的污染水平快速增长,对生物体及人体的潜在危害日趋严重。国际社会已经认识到其危害性,部分PBDEs产品,如六溴联苯醚、七溴联苯醚、四溴联苯醚、五溴联苯醚已被列入禁用名单。文章概述PBDEs在生物体中的污染水平、生物累集效应以及PBDEs在生物体内的转化及代谢效应,着重阐述了PBDEs对神经系统、生物转化酶系统、抗氧化防御系统、生殖系统及内分泌系统的毒性效应,同时对PBDEs毒性作用机制及PBDEs环境相关污染浓度研究提出展望。

氧化亚铁硫杆菌淋滤重金属污染底泥的动力学被引量:4

针对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生物(T.f)淋滤法处理重金属污染底泥进行实验研究。采用分批摇床培养方法,分析生物淋滤过程中Fe^(2+)浓度对底泥酸化、微生物生长、Fe^(2+)氧化以及底泥中重金属溶出率的影响;借助Monod方程得到不同Fe^(2+)浓度下氧化亚铁硫杆菌的最大比生长速率及饱和常数;通过经验方程推导出不同Fe^(2+)浓度下重金属离子Cu^(2+)和Zn^(2+)的溶出速率常数。结果表明,当Fe^(2+)浓度由2.0 g/L增加到10.0 g/L时,氧化亚铁硫杆菌的最大比生长速率由0.126 h^(-1)上升到0.159 h^(-1),饱和常数由0.881 g/L下降到0.327 g/L,重金属的溶出速率常数与Fe^(2+)浓度呈正相关;当Fe^(2+)浓度超过10.0 g/L时,氧化亚铁硫杆菌的最大比生长速率降低,而饱和常数增大。随着Fe^(2+)浓度的增加Fe^(2+)氧化速率增大。综合各个动力学参数可知,Fe^(2+)浓度为10.0 g/L是生物淋滤体系的最佳底物浓度。

重金属螯合剂处理垃圾焚烧飞灰的稳定化技术被引量:42

随着我国社会经济的发展、城市化进程的加快以及人们物质生活的提高,全国城市生活垃圾年产生量已达1.5亿吨以上,并以每年8%~10%的速率增加[1-3]。城市垃圾焚烧是我国垃圾处置的重要手段,在焚烧过程中将产生大量飞灰,飞灰产量与垃圾种类、焚烧条件、焚烧炉型及烟气处理工艺有关,一般约占被焚烧垃圾量的3%~5%。

Effects of PAHs on Biotransformation Enzymatic Activities in Fish被引量:2

Biotransformation and detoxification responses to the exposure to five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were investigated in crucian(Carassius auratus). Juvenile crucian were treated with a single intraperitoneal injection of each compound at dosages of 0.1, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 and 8.0(or 10.0) mg/kg and sacrificed 15 d later to determine 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD) and glutathione S-transferases(GST) activities in gill S9 fractions. EROD activity is significantly increased by benzo(b)fluoranthene and indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene at all the doses. High dosages of PAHs induced GST activity and the inducing ability of them increased in the following order: fluorene< fluoranthene

环境相关浓度下的药物对大型蚤的多代慢性毒性被引量:13

选择无脊椎动物大型蚤(Daphnia Magna)为供试水生生物,以磺胺甲恶唑、氧氟沙星和布洛芬作为目标污染物,在环境相关浓度下,对大型蚤进行6代慢性毒性研究.磺胺甲恶唑在0.8,8.0,80.0μg/L下,对大型蚤生殖和生长指标均没有发现明显的影响.200.0μg/L的氧氟沙星显著降低了F3(孤雌生殖第三代)和F4代的产卵数.900.0μg/L布洛芬明显延长了F3和F4代第一次产卵时间,并显著降低了F3、F4和F5代第一胎产卵数.在6代培养中,复合暴露M1处理(最低浓度药物混合物)没有表现明显效应,M2和M3处理在后面世代中明显延长产卵时间,降低产卵数量.相对于3种药物的单一暴露,复合暴露M2和M3处理增强了对大型蚤产卵时间和产卵数量的影响,提前表现出世代差异.2.0μg/L及20.0μg/L的氧氟沙星和9.0μg/L及90.0μg/L的布洛芬在连续6代的孤雌繁殖中没有发现明显的影响,200.0μg/L的氧氟沙星和900.0μg/L的布洛芬在前几代对大型蚤表现出一定的适应性或耐受性,而在后几代中,大型蚤出现产卵时间延后或产卵数量减少的现象,对大型蚤繁殖的影响表现出浓度依赖性和世代差异性.在目前检测环境浓度(MEC)下,3种药物单一污染和复合污染对大型蚤生态风险较低.

利用响应面法优化皂角苷浸提飞灰中重金属的处理条件被引量:13

通过响应面法对皂角苷浸提飞灰中Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd 4种重金属的实验条件进行优化,选取pH、皂角苷浓度、离子强度、温度、时间和固液比6个因素进行中心组合设计,使用design-expert8.0软件进行数据拟合,建立了Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd去除总量的工艺数学模型,通过方差分析得到6个因素对浸提液中4种重金属去除总量的主效应关系为:pH>固液比>离子强度>皂角苷浓度>温度>时间。对重金属去除总量数据进行design-expert8.0软件优化,得到皂角苷浓度为41.2g·L-1、时间为13.54 h、离子强度为0.64 mol·L-1、pH为2、固液比为1%和温度为23.4℃时,重金属总去除量达最大值,Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd的去除率分别达到55.12%、6.20%、17.80%和78.11%。

分析国内外水体中药物污染现状及其差异,详述水环境中痕量药物残留分析典型流程及固相萃取结合色谱质谱联用的检测方法,总结污水处理厂、传统氧化工艺、高级氧化工艺、活性炭吸附和新型水处理技术去除效果和机理,认为在我国对各类水体进行药物污染调查、明确"优先污染药物"及研究水处理工艺药物去除效果等方面是今后研究的重点。

Effects of Selected Metal Oxide Nanoparticles on Multiple Biomarkers in Carassius auratus被引量:1

Objective To study the biological effects of nanoscale copper oxide(nCuO),zinc oxide(nZnO),cerium dioxide(nCeO2) and theirmixtures on Carassius auratus.Methods Juvenile fish(Carassius auratus) were exposed to aqueous suspensions of nCuO,nZnO,and nCeO2(alone and in mixtures) at concentrations of 20,40,80,160,and 320 mg/L.The biomarkers-acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in brain,sodium/potassium-activated ATPase(Na+/K+-ATPase) in gill,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in liver-were determined after 4 days of exposure.Integrated biomarker response(IBR) was calculated by combining multiple biomarkers into a single value.Results AChE and SOD activities were significantly inhibited by all test metal oxide nanoparticles(NPs) at high concentrations(≥160 mg/L) with the exception of nCeO2.Na+/K+-ATPase induction exhibited bell-shaped concentration-response curves.CAT activity was significantly inhibited at concentrations equal to or higher than 160 mg/L.The order of IBR values was nCeO2 ≈ nZnO/nCeO2 ≈ nCuO/nCeO2 < nCuO/nZnO/nCeO2 < nZnO < nCuO < nCuO/nZnO.The joint effect seemed to be synergistic for nCuO/nZnO mixtures,additive for the ternary mixture and less than additive or antagonistic for the binarymixtures containing nCeO2.Conclusion Concentration-dependent changes of enzymatic activities(AChE,Na+/K+-ATPase,SOD,and CAT) were observed in fish exposed to nanoscale metal oxides.IBR analysis allowed good discrimination between the different exposures and might be a useful tool for the quantification of integrated negative effects induced by NPs toward fish.

Estrogenic effects of water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) on goldfish (Carassius auratus) after an early life stage exposure被引量:2

Effects of river water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) on fish development, vitellogenin (VTG) induction, gonado-somatic index (GSI) and sex ratio were investigated by exposing goldfish (Carassius auratus) in the early life stage (from fertilization to 28 days post-hatch) to water samples (25%, 50% and 100%) collected from three representative sections. The results showed that there was no significant effect on hatching success for any of the exposure groups, but survival was significantly reduced when compared with the control (P < 0.05). Body lengths, weights of all treated fish did not differ significantly from those of the control. Condition factors (CF) of larval fish exposed to 50% and 100% river water from the Jiangxinzhou section and 100% river water from the Daqiao section were significantly lower than that of the control (P< 0.05). VTG inductions were significant in larval fish exposed to all the dilution series of river water. No significant difference in CF value was observed in any exposure group after 150 days of depuration. VTG was fully eliminated after 75 days of depuration. For both female and male, GSI did not significantly differ between exposure groups and the control after 150 days of convalescence. The highest female:male ratios were observed in response to the treatment with 50% or 100% river water from the Jiangxinzhou section and 100% river water from the Daqiao section (53:47, 56:44 and 54:46, respectively), but no significant difference in sex ratio was observed in any treated group when compared to the control. The results showed that early life stage exposure of river water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) had adverse effects on goldfish development and reproductive health, and the effects on CF and VTG were reversible after depuration in clean water.

2-氯苯酚与取代苯酚及苯胺类化合物对鲫鱼联合毒性效应的定量构效关系被引量:7

通过急性毒性实验,测定了取代苯酚、苯胺类化合物及其混合物对鲫鱼的急性毒性效应,得到10种单一化合物的半致死浓度(CL50)以及12组混合物的半致死浓度(CL50mix).采用毒性单位法、相加指数法和混合毒性指数法对混合物的联合毒性效应进行了定性评价,2-氯苯酚与取代苯酚、苯胺类化合物的联合效应以部分相加和协同作用为主.以混合物的辛醇/水分配系数的对数(lgPmix)和前沿轨道能距(ΔEmix)为结构描述符,建立了联合毒性效应的定量构效关系(QSAR)模型.结果表明,化合物的脂溶性和反应性越强,混合物联合毒性越大,所得的模型对2-氯苯酚与苯胺类混合物的毒性有较好的预测能力.
