LaFeO 3 nanocrystals were synthesized by both citric acid and microemulsion methods. Their structures, sizes and morphologies were investigated by XRD and TEM. All the LaFeO 3 obtained showed catalytic activity in decolorization of some organic dyes under irradiation of mercury lamp.
Pervoskite type oxides LaCoO 3 was prepared by citrate method with the granula of 20 nm-30 nm. With a fluorescent Hg lamp or sunlight as irradiator, the degradation experiments of various water soluble dyes were carried out in the suspension system of LaCoO 3 . The results show that the pervoskite type oxide LaCoO 3 has good photocatalytic activity.Studied by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and photoacoustic spectra, its photocatalytic activity is found to be related with factors such as the d electron structure of ion Co 3+ ,Co—O binding energy and adsorbed oxygen on the surface etc.
用柠檬酸络合法制备了钙钛矿型 La Fe O3及 La Fe1 - x Cux O3化合物 ,测定了其对酸性红 3B等水溶性染料的光催化降解活性 .利用红外、紫外和光声光谱、正电子寿命谱及光电子能谱等技术分析了 La Fe O3的光催化性能及掺杂对其活性的影响 .结果表明 ,掺杂 Cu2 + 可使 La Fe
