This article describes the basic steps to carry out competitor analysis,discusses the criteria of identifying and determining competitors and analyzes the specific problems in competitor analysis.
Based on a summary of the present patent statistical information on Internet,this article puts forward an idea of developing Chinese patent statistical information on Internet,that is,developing a Chinese patent statistics system.It also discusses the function of this system and the way to realize and use this system.
