在“双碳”目标和能源转型的新形势下,能源动力类专业虚拟仿真实验教学面临资源分散、标准不统一、更新机制不完善等问题。本研究基于构建的面向能源动力类专业的能力图谱,提出了以“能力导向、资源共享、协同创新”为核心理念的在线开放共享机制。构建了“高校 + 企业 + 行业”多元协同的资源建设体系,创新了“贡献–使用–提升”的价值共生模式。研究设计了包含资源管理、教学应用、协作交流等功能的四层平台架构,形成了完整的质量评价与保障体系,实现了虚拟仿真实验教学资源的高效共享与持续优化。研究成果为推动实验教学资源的开放共享提供了新思路,对提升专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。Under the background of “dual carbon” goals and energy transformation, virtual simulation experimental teaching in energy and power majors faces problems such as dispersed resources, non-unified standards, and imperfect update mechanisms. Based on the previously constructed capability map for energy and power majors, this study proposes an online open sharing mechanism with “capability orientation, resource sharing, and collaborative innovation” as its core concepts. A “university + enterprise + industry” multi-collaborative resource construction system was established, and a “contribution-use-improvement” value symbiosis model was innovated. The study designed a four-layer platform architecture containing resource management, teaching applications, and collaborative communication functions, forming a complete quality evaluation and guarantee system, thus achieving efficient sharing and continuous optimization of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources. The research findings provide new insights for promoting the open sharing of experimental teaching resources and have significant implications for improving the quality of professional talent cultivation.
