The influence of caustic concentration,stirring ratio and a surfactant on the Al(OH)3 particles agglomeration was experimentally investigated.The product was characterized by TEM and XRD.The mechanisms on growth and agglomeration of Al(OH)3 in the colloid solution were studied.The agglomeration ratio model on Al(OH)3 particles was built.The principles of agglomeration controlling of ultrafine particles were proposed.
