To compare the peritoneal equilibration test(PET) of99m Tc - DTPA and routine method on 31 cases and to assess peritoneal function.Methods:31 cases uremia patients who received CAPD were selected to take the dialysis and blood samples.Then, D/Pcr, D/purea and D/P99m Tc - DTPA were calculated with GFR. Results: the results showed that D/P99mTc -DTPA was positive co - relative with D/Pcr and D/Pu. Conclusion:99mTc - DTPA method may be a new method to measure GFR and renal picture so that to assess the renal function.
