Influence of Solution Treatment on Impact Toughness and Microstructure of Cobalt-free Maraging Steel

The influence of different solution temperature on microstructure and impact toughness of cobalt-free maraging steel 00Ni14Cr3Mo3Ti was investigated by SEM and X-Ray diffractometer.The experimental results showed that with the solution temperature variation, the martensite morphology has not changed, is still lath martensite.Undissolved Laves phase hindered the dislocation movement after 750 ℃ solution heat treatment, which result in a very low impact absorbed energy, the impact fracture has no obvious plastic deformation, with bad toughness.With the solution temperature increased, the undissolved phase gradually dissolved, the impact absorbed energy increased gradually.All the Laves phase dissolved when reach to 900 ℃, the impact absorbed energy reaches the maximum, is 61 J.Fracture morphology change from brittle fracture into toughness transgranular fracture with deep dimple. When solution temperature is above 900 ℃, with the solution temperature further increase, austenite grain size increases significantly.Average grain diameter of austenite is about 70 μm after 1050 ℃ solution treatment, the density of precipitates on the grain boundary of maraging steel is increase substantially, deformation compatibility deteriorate, which result in the impact absorbed energy decreased significantly.Fracture type becomes transgranular and quasi-cleavage mixed fracture with the characteristics of the river patterns from ductile transgranular fracture.

多向主动挤压成形过程的数值模拟及变形分区研究被引量:2

多向主动挤压过程中,应力状态复杂,金属的流动受多种因素的影响。应用三维有限元软件模拟了在多向同步挤压条件下,典型三通件的金属流动情况以及分流线的演变规律。并用成形过程中的典型应力图进行了应力分区,对各区的应力状态进行了分析。对比了该工艺与分步加载条件下的载荷-行程曲线,分析了成形力减小的原因。

New extrusion process of Mg alloy automobile wheels被引量:9

The recent research and development of forged magnesium road wheel were reviewed.Methods of flow-forming,spin forging of manufacturing a forged magnesium alloy wheel were introduced.A new extrusion method was investigated especially. Extrusion from hollow billet was proposed in order to enhance the strength of spoke portion and reduce the maximum forming load. By means of the developed technique,the one-piece Mg wheels were produced successfully by extrusion from AZ80+alloy.At the same time,the existing problems on the research and development of forged magnesium road wheel were analyzed.The impact testing,radial fatigue testing and bending fatigue testing results show that AZ80+wheel can meet application requirement in automobile industry.

热变形对ZK60镁合金组织及性能的影响被引量:3
2012年
对ZK60镁合金进行了平面应变等温压缩试验,并对不同变形条件下压缩试样的微观组织、拉伸性能进行分析。结果表明,ZK60合金热变形后力学性能得到提高,尤其是塑性得到较大改善,伸长率最高达到38%,断口形貌由河流状变为韧窝状,这主要是由于变形过程中产生动态再结晶,使晶粒明显细化;均匀态组织中个别未溶的共晶组织呈点状断续分布于晶界上,这些点状裂纹在变形过程中不易扩展还可能愈合;在300~380℃对均匀态ZK60合金进行平面压缩后,可获得较优的综合力学性能。

三通件多向加载成形热力耦合有限元分析被引量:19

多向加载是通过在轴向和侧向同时或顺序地施加载荷,可以一次成形出多个方向上具有空腔的复杂构件,减少了加工工序,且提高了成形质量,为高效率、高质量成形复杂整体构件(如三通件)提供了有效途径。然而,三通件多向加载成形影响参数多、机理复杂,本文基于DEFORM-3D,建立了三通件多向加载成形热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元模型,并验证了其可靠性。在此基础上确定了加载方案,获得40Cr钢三通件多向加载成形过程中行程载荷曲线及速度场、温度场、应力-应变场的分布规律。结果表明,按本文确定的加载方案,成形初期在水平支管上出现明显的分流线,分流线处易出现裂纹;水平支管先于垂直支管成形完毕,在水平支管成形完毕时水平冲头的载荷迅速升高,而当整体成形快完毕时,水平冲头和垂直冲头的载荷都急剧升高;成形过程中坯料芯部为大变形区,变形速率大,塑性变形热使坯料芯部出现明显温升。该研究为三通件多向加载成形工艺参数的优化,以及缺陷的控制,提供了指导。

Corrosion properties of plastically deformed AZ80 magnesium alloy被引量:1

AZ80 magnesium alloys were deformed at 200,250,300,350 and 400℃ with different deformation degree of 50%,75%, 83%,87%and 90%,respectively.The corrosion properties of different deformed AZ80 samples were studied by galvanic test in 3.5%NaCl solution.The results show that plastic deformation could improve the corrosion resistance of AZ80 alloy;and the corrosion rate of AZ80 deformed at 250℃ with the deformation degree of 83%was the lowest,which was 33%of the as-cast AZ80 alloy.Further studies of the microstructure show that the refined grain size and continuously distribution ofβphase around the grain boundary did have a positive effect on the improvement of corrosion resistance of AZ80 alloys.For AZ80 alloys,the smaller the grain size is,the more homogeneous the structure is,and the better the corrosion resistance is.
