高校图书馆设置学生管理员岗位可以为学生增加社会实践的机会,促进图书馆与读者之间的交流互动,但同时也会出现一些问题。调研发现,学生管理员职责划分不明确,服务意识不清晰,基础业务不熟练等。针对这些问题,本文以高校图书馆学生管理员培训方法为研究对象,通过对学生管理员工作表现的分析,探讨学生管理员岗位培训意义及设置原则,阐述其与图书馆服务质量的关系,并提出了针对性的岗位培训方案,以提高图书馆的读者服务水平。The establishment of student administrator positions in university libraries can provide students with opportunities for social practice, that can promote communication and interaction between libraries and readers, but at the same time, some problems may arise. Research has found that the responsibilities of student administrators are not clearly defined, their service awareness is unclear, and their basic skills are not proficient. In response to these issues, this article takes the training methods for student administrators in university libraries as the research object. Through analyzing the performance of student administrators, it explores the significance and principles of training for student administrators, and elaborates on its relationship with library service quality, and proposes targeted job training programs to improve the reader service level of the library.
