随着社会经济的快速发展和社会问题的日益复杂化,社会工作在解决社会问题、促进社会和谐中发挥着越来越重要的作用。社会工作人才队伍的建设,关系到当前社会建设的水平和深度。本文聚焦于西部地区社会工作人才现状,以柳州市为例,对社会工作专业人才队伍的基本信息、职业状况、素质感知等三个方面进行了调研,通过问卷调查、访谈及数据分析等方法,全面剖析柳州市社会工作专业人才队伍建设面临的问题,并给出了相应的建议和方法。With the rapid development of the social economy and the increasing complexity of social problems, social work plays an increasingly important role in solving social problems and promoting social harmony. The construction of social work talents is related to the level and depth of the current social construction. This paper focuses on the current situation of social work talents in western China, and takes Liuzhou City as an example to investigate the basic information, occupational status and quality perception of social work professionals. Through questionnaire survey, interview and data analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems faced by the construction of social work professionals in Liuzhou City, and gives corresponding suggestions and methods.
非营利组织在城市社区发展中的重要作用日益凸显。本文基于组织生命周期理论,以参与式观察和非结构式访谈为抓手,以广西L市一家非营利性自闭症康复机构为例,研究发现该组织在多年发展过程的实践进路中,需求驱动是其发展源动力,环境规制和机制筛选则保障了其稳定性和持续性。其实质是社会组织在特定社会环境下的适应、成长与变革过程,体现了适应性和动态调整的能力。最后,本文提出了非营利组织发展的策略并总结了研究的局限与不足,提出了未来研究的方向,以期为非营利组织的发展提供更加全面、深入的洞见与参考。The important role of non-profit organizations in the development of urban communities is becoming increasingly prominent. This paper is based on the theory of organizational life cycle, with participatory observation and unstructured interview for the gripper, taking a non-profit autism rehabilitation institution in Guangxi L city for an example. It is found that in the process of development of the organization in many years, demand drive is the source of development, environmental regulation and mechanism screening to ensure its stability and sustainability. Its essence is the process of adaptation, growth and change of social organizations in a specific social environment, which reflects the ability of adaptability and dynamic adjustment. Finally, this paper summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of the research, and proposes the direction of future research, in order to provide more comprehensive and in-depth insights and references for the development of non-profit organizations.
